Mountain Inspiration

Up on a mountain
Windy and cold
The air is clear
My thoughts are bold

Looking all around
It is easy to see
That getting to the top
Is not all I can be

There is work to be done
In the valley below
Just as challenging
As standing high in the snow

My mountain perch inspires
New things I can do
Goals to accomplish
New vistas to view
